Crab in Singapore


crab + chilli = singapore's chilli crab

what's all the fuss?
for one, it's delicious. it really is. slightly sweet, slightly spicy, succulent, and tasty.
second, it's messy. the fun is watching others eat with their bibs on and hands all over.
lastly, it is famously singaporean and a must try if you are in town.

if you aren't so into chilli, you can also go for the black pepper crab. equally as good... sometimes even better.

where can you find it? typically at a seafood restaurant.
my favorites are jumbo seafood, long beach seafood, and no signboard.
