
visually stunning and i haven't even started writing about their food...
by far the best eating experience i had in southeast asia, meric restaurant made music on my taste buds.
my exquisite meal went something like this:
starter - beautifully displayed warm breads
appetizer - tomato gazpacho with avocado
entree - grouper fish with spinach and sun-dried tomato stuffed calamari
dessert - i wish i had room for dessert... but i would have had the chocolate trio
all this with a beautiful bottle of red and white plus ice chilled cocktails
my mouth is salivating from just thinking about it. the best way to describe the experience is the following:
imagine gliding into a warm waterfall that changes color as you step deeper into the water. every morsel felt like an experience. sounds too good to be true? then go there to experience it for yourself. you won't regret it.
